Sarvodaya Fusion's "She Thinks Digital" program, part of the broader We Think Digital – IT Yahamaga initiative funded by META, focused on reducing the digital gender gap in Sri Lanka. The program provided digital literacy training to nearly 5,000 direct beneficiaries, categorized into four groups: Genie Girl (13–15-year-old girls), Girl Power (16–19-year-old girls), Women Power (20–30-year-old young women), and Super Mom (mothers aged 30+). Led by a female cohort of trainers, the program not only equipped participants with essential digital skills but also inspired empowerment. A parallel social media campaign reached over 145,000 people, generating over 6,000 post engagements, amplifying the program's impact.
