This workshop, "Innovate for Impact", aimed to empower women and increased their chances for employment. It focused on  Entrepreneurship & Economic Development. The workshop connected Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with ICT tools to build social enterprises and made a difference at the grassroot level. It addressed low female labor force participation by promoting and advocating for part-time work, maternity leave, and childcare services to eliminate stigma. Additionally, it supported girls in identifying and developing careers from an early age, regardless of gender norms, and provides access to job information and placement services. The two-day workshop offered CSO participants with the opportunities to network and brainstorm ICT solutions integrated within existing projects.
