This initiative aimed to make rural youth job-ready by improving ICT and English language skills, along with personality development. This focused on  Entrepreneurship & Economic Development, aligning with the objectives of the National Human Resource Development Policy. Sarvodaya-Fusion developed a 3-year youth education and empowerment program that includes Information Communication Technology Education, English language training, career guidance, and personality development sessions to equip young people with the employability skills needed to face the challenges and demands of the modern job market.
