To enhance the capacity of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for effective advocacy in multilateral and multistakeholder internet governance (IG) processes, the Civil Society Alliance for Digital Empowerment (CADE) project focuses on community networking implemented by a Consortium led by the Diplo-Foundation and co-funded by the European Union, with Sarvodaya-Fusion leading activities in South Asia. This project aims to foster inclusive participation from the Global South. It promotes a human-centric policy approach to shape digital rights and internet governance, strengthening civil societies and communities across South America, the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and the Pacific Regions.
